Which work-related factors cause stress complaints to increase and reduce?

The interaction between private life and work is the most stress-inducing factor at work. The good news is that support from your private situation is a stress reliever. There is no clear decrease or increase in the proportion of resilient employees since 2019. Yet resilience is not set in stone; it is a skill you can develop. As an organisation, you should focus not only on individual-level interventions but also on group and organisational context.
